Orders and delivery

Will my order be delivered free of charge?

Orders above € 175 are delivered free of charge in The Netherlands. Orders below €175 will be charged €6 shipping costs in the Netherlands.

Do you deliver products outside of The Netherlands?

Yes, we can ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order with a Track & Trace code with which the order can be followed to your home.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation. If you haven’t received the order confirmation in your email, please check your spam folder. Otherwise please contact us via: info@thepadeloutlet.nl

What delivery options are available?

You have the option to have your order delivered at home. The Padel Outlet works together with several shipping parties (DHL, PostNL and DPD) and our preferred supplier is DHL.

TIP: Are you not often at home? Have your order delivered to work, family or acquaintances. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is via one of our partners DHL, they will try to deliver the order as soon as possible. We cannot always guarantee delivery times because we depend on a 3rd party. Usually takes 2 to 3 days.

I have received the wrong product. What should I do ?

Mistake can happen, we are humans too! 😊 After delivery, please check your package and order confirmation/invoice. If something is not correct, we are here to help you, send us an email to info@thepadeloutlet.nl

How can I return a product?

You can report your return by letting us know by email what you are returning and why.

Steps to return your product:
 

  1. Create a shipping label via your preferred shipping company (e.g. PostNL, DHL, DPD) 
  2. Choose the correct package size 
  3. Choose a standard or registered package. 
  4. Fill in our details.
  5. Save & pay the shipping costs.

How should I pack the return?

The items must be returned in the original packaging of the manufacturer. All tags/labels need to be attached to the product. The return shipment must be sent in suitable packaging. This may also be a different packaging than the one already received.

How many days do I have to return a product?

Products bought online can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

How should I package the return?

The Padel Outlet only accepts returns if they are unused, undamaged, and fitted with plastic. The product needs to be in its original packaging. All tags/labels need to be attached to the product.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The refund will then take a maximum of 14 days after we have received the product in good order.

Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, 🙁 this is not possible to exchange a product.  You will need to return the item, receive a refund, and place a new order.

Can I return personalized items?

Personalized items cannot be returned.

Payments

Which payment methods are available?

At The Padel Outlet we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, American Express, Bancotact, SEPA Bank transfer, Giropay, KBC/CBC payment button. 

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive the invoice by email after the order has been delivered. You can find all your invoices on your the Padel Outlet account and easily view or print them.

I can’t complete my order and process my payment

Please check your browser extension setting to allow pop-ups. If this didn’t solve the issue, please change the browser, device, payment method or switch to incognito mode.
