At The Padel Outlet we do our utmost to provide you with only the best quality. However, it can happen that an article contains a manufacturing defect.
The Padel Outlet gives a 6-month warranty on the items it supplies. The invoice date is the effective date.
When does a manufacturing defect occur?
There is a manufacturing defect when a defect in the product is not caused by one of the following reasons:
- Wrong use (e.g., hitting in the wall or knee, giving high five with racket to another player etc.)
- No or poor maintenance
- Wrong wear
- Storing the racket on humid or hot storage place
Do you believe that your item meets the warranty conditions?
If you believe that your item meets the warranty conditions, you can submit your complaint to the email info@theoutletpade.nl following the steps:
1. Send us email as detailed as possible, so that we can properly assess the complaint;
2. Include following information: Name, Surname, Full address with Postal code, City and Country, Email;
3. Include description of the subject of the claim: order number, item number and describe the damage;
4. Upload at least 3 photos of the item. Only complaints with detailed photos will be considered.
The Padel Outlet will review your complain and come back to you as soon as possible with with further instructions for the return. If the complaint is accepted, a new article will be sent. If the item is not in stock or if a partial refund is made, a voucher will be sent so that you can order an alternative item of your choice.
We can ask you to send us back the item. If the claim is not accepted by The Padel Outlet, the item can not be returned. If you still want to receive the item back, despite The Padel Outlet is not accepting the claim, you must pay the shipping costs of € 10.00.
