Can I return my order?
Yes, this is your right! The Padel Outlet gives you the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. So, we don’t bother with this either. We only accept returns in original packaging and in new condition (see below return conditions). Although you are not obliged to give a reason, we are curious about this. In this way we may be able to improve our products or services. This is valuable information for us.
Keep the proof of return well until we have processed the return. If conditions cannot be met, thepadeloutlet.nl reserves the right to charge depreciation up to 100% of the purchase amount.This is of course not our goal, so let’s just stick to the conditions. Can I return personalized items?
Personalized items cannot be returned.
What are the conditions to return my order?
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Both the costs and the risk of shipping are on your own expense. The costs will differ depending on the shipping method and the weight of the package. If a delivered product is damaged or broken, the costs are on your expense.
- thepadeloutlet.nl only accepts returns if they are unused, undamaged, and fitted with plastic. The product needs to be in its original packaging. All tags/labels need to be attached to the product.
- If there is no Track & Trace linked to the return, we cannot investigate a missing return. So, keep this in mind!

Steps to return your product:
1. Create a shipping label via your preferred shipping company (e.g. PostNL, DHL, DPD).
2. Choose the correct package size.
3. Choose a standard or registered package.
4. Fill in our details.
5. Save & pay the shipping costs.
6. Stick the shipping label on the package and hand it in at a shipping location.
Within what period will my return be processed?
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will then take a maximum of 14 days after we have received the product in good order. We will also keep you informed by email during this process, if everything has been approved you will receive the money back on your account after confirmation.
