What are the shipping costs?
All orders with an order value above €175 are delivered free of charge in The Netherlands.
For orders under €175 we charge €6 shipping costs in the Netherlands. After payment you will receive a Track & Trace code with which the order can be followed to your home.
Do you live outside of The Netherlands?
No problem, we can ship to you in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

What is the delivery time?
If the order is placed on a working day before 8PM, we will pack it on the same day. Delivery is via one of our partners DHL, they will try to deliver the order as soon as possible. We cannot always guarantee delivery times because we depend on a 3rd party. Usually takes 2 to 3 days. You will receive the exact delivery time via the Track & Trace code.
How are the products delivered?
The Padel Outlet works together with several shipping parties (DHL, PostNL and DPD) and our preferred supplier is DHL. If you are not at home during the time of delivery, DHL will deliver the package to the neighbors or a DHL service point.
